Applied Nanoscience Files Form 10-SB to Become a Fully Reporting Company Applied Nanoscience, Inc. (ANI) (APNN) today announced that it had filed a Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a fully reporting company, one of the necessary steps the company must take to advance to the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
